Crystals have been used throughout history for healing, personal reflection and meditation. Crystals work well with the human energy field; they can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body.

When the body is unwell or "dis-eased" it is usually because the person has in some way lost their balance or natural rhythm. Working with crystalline energy helps the body to find that natural rhythm again.

The most common types of crystals known are clear quartz and rose quartz; the more exotic can be Ruby, Celestite or Herkimar diamonds.

All natural crystals originate from the earth often developing over millions of years and most have a dramatic journey to get to us. Crystals are often obtained through explosion using dynamite or child slave labour and distributed on for us to purchase; so realising this I honour the people and their challenging journey with gratitude, don't be greedy and learn how to cleanse them properly and handle them.
