I offer an intro level of detection and can map out energy lines and areas of issue so that with this information the space could be adjusted with various energy techniques and application of crystals or you may choose to address it with specific products on the market, the choice is yours.

It is an intuitive art and I am unable to guarantee or claim to be right 100% of the time, but I can however give a personal indication and recommendation based on my established findings following a thorough assessment. I perform this work with utter trust, respect and to the best of my abilities.
I firstly connect into the Source power, the divine energy of all that is. With this connection and a developed level of energetic intuitive sensitivity I can then tune in with the environments energies. I utilise various types of dowsing rods eg; angle rods, V-rods, wands, also my pendulum and hand to sense and visualize energetic presence, changes, flow and fluctuations.
I have learnt through life experience, workshops and through my very experienced dowsing teachers Geoffrey Morell and Tony Shuttleworth, how to interpret the visual mind map and to judge what it all means.
I know very well that many scientists consider dowsing as they do astrology, as a type of ancient superstition. According to my conviction this is, however, unjustified. Energy that doesn't resonate with your vibration can cause minor to serious issue and effect sleep, health and sensitivity. It can effect not only the individual, but all the family, including plants and the earth too.
Presenting problems can be addressed by minor adjustment to your living space and environment but sometimes more serious approaches are required, and in some instances by moving house. However this is pretty drastic and by undertaking certain modifications to your environment like removing WiFi and SMART meters, placement of crystals on leylines, tuning into the energy lines and altering them energetically, placement of certain objects or use of shielding materials, you can often sort out the issue or at least reduce the stress and impact.
If you have me visit and I detect an issue and you dont act on doing something about it and your symptoms persist...then you will never know....'The proof is in the pudding'..........Pip

Electromagnetic fields kind-of spin around their source like a whirl wind. Levels of 100 nT (1mG) are to be avoided for prolonged periods of exposure. Street power lines and their transformers are the most common sources affecting nearby homes and as this radiation type can't be practically shielded against, this radiation should be avoided. When buying a home you should measure this first to avoid buying a house that has a problem that cannot be fixed.

Home and environment assessments do take considerable time. My process entails a physical intuitive assessment preferably on site but it can be done remotely. I maybe your first port of call if you are concerned and wish to look into this area of issue and I get to recording, compiling a comprehensive report and feedback with realistic practical energetic based suggestions to help you to create a healthier environment for you and your family. I do like to do a second follow-up assessment to see how you are going.
There are some wonderful products on the market that you can look into for solutions to the highlighted problems. There are also electronic devices and that can assess frequencies and disturbances.
I do however work as an independent intuitive and remain neutral and am happy to give ideas but would prefer you not to feel pressured one way or another; it is a personal choice.
Depending upon the size of your property, the number of floors and rooms, a comprehensive assessment could take 3-6 hours in total work or more including feedback and a return visit. I recently assessed a 3-floored home and garden and this took 5 hours total time. I would have a better idea after my initial visit and we can discuss from there.
There is a lot of evidence accessible via Google of amazing enthusiastic dowsers and you can learn to dowse yourself. "Just take a look and give it a go".

If you are bothered by bumps, knocks or so called "negative energies" you will know how disconcerting it can be, how out of control and stressed you can feel within yourself and your environment. These unwanted energies are often just confused or lost spirits but their energy can affect your health, mind, body and soul, those around you and even your pets.
I know first-hand what it's like to live in a "ghost house". For a while we lived in a rented house that I had never been happy with from the moment we first sighted it, but at the time we had little choice of where to live there. It turned out that a man had shot his dog then himself in the basement. We noticed lights going on and off at odd times and the intermittent smell of burning electrical wires emanating from the walls, even though no issues were ever found by the electrician. He thought I was rather mad as he couldn't smell anything. We later cleansed the house as best we could and moved on shortly afterward.
A long time ago I bought an old house to renovate. Apparently an old lady had died there many years earlier. I was at home alone one night and sleeping in the sitting room where she has apparently died, and as it it happened, in the same corner too. So this one horrid night (I was never good being there by myself), whilst drifting in and out of sleep, a heaviness compressed / laid on top of me. Then I was suddenly and shockingly awoken by a huge bang on the ground next to my bed and saw a white light disappearing upwards in front of me. I was so frightened.
In my early days in the UK, I have hired-out a huge old building owned by a charitable trust building which was run for disadvantaged children. After a few not-so-nice energetic experiences and visions, we identified a ghostly paedophile spirit monk that had lodged himself in the attic games room. I felt compelled to do something about him so asked two mediums to come and assist me as he was a determined and stubborn character.
Ghost Busting is really rewarding and can really help those affected by "negative energies", bringing in love into the dark spaces and assisting the owners to adjust into a sense of peace within themselves and their home. Negativity is actually just a term as what can be negative to one can be OK to another. It is all about vibration and perception.
Ghost Busting is a great side line, and I am being called to do it more and more.
