Shane will tell you stories about the old Monastery now transformed in an exclusive luxury hotel.

Opening up - Start your journey to your better self. What is blocking your energy and how to release it? Think about your workspace, what are the problems there? Can you relate these to your personal issues? How can you improve in this area? Experience a variety of effective approaches from art therapy to Theta Healing - to open the door to your subconscious and dig into what causes the problems that you are facing today.
Understanding your limiting beliefs - Continue your path to opening up, unfold the patterns, let it out. Understand your limiting issues, go into yourself, deal with your blocks and repetitive destructive patterns and express your truth. Supported by your mentor, you will be able to share your issues in a confidential environment and understand what caused the blocks. Release. Find a better mindset.
Relax after dinner, have a glass of wine, chat, listen to soft music, watch an inspiring movie.
